The core of the Hai Peng Intelligent Rudder Omnidirectional Driving Unmanned Electric Chassis is the rudder driving unit.
The rudder driving unit is composed of a driving wheel with a driving motor and a steering system with a steering motor. The steering motor realizes the steering of the driving wheel at any angle by driving the steering system. The driving motor propels the wheel to move, thereby enabling the driving unit to travel in any direction. Each set of driving units is equipped with an independent driving system, braking system, parking system, suspension system, and cooling system. Each driving unit is controlled by an independent unit controller and can communicate with the chassis domain controller via the CAN bus.
The Hai Peng Rudder Omnidirectional Intelligent Chassis can be composed of four, six, eight, or even more sets of rudder driving units. The number of driving units used is determined based on the size of the chassis and the distribution of the load. The driving units are standard products that customers can purchase separately. The load capacity of the driving units is selectable from 200 kg to 10,000 kg.
The Hai Peng Intelligent Chassis adopts a domain control model, where the chassis domain controller can communicate with the client's intelligent driving domain controller via the CAN bus, executing the driving action commands from the autonomous driving domain controller.
The Hai Peng Intelligent Chassis utilizes Hai Peng's multi-drive unit synchronous control technology, which enables synchronous control of multiple drive wheels. The vehicle can move synchronously in real time in any direction, including a 360-degree rotation on the spot.
